Patients automatically receive a text informing them that they can expect Bridge product, offering access to a Mercalis Nurse Educator who will discuss the preferred method of clinical education delivery. When the patient receives the text, she schedules a convenient time to meet with the Mercalis Nurse Educator to receive her clinical education. During the virtual call, the Mercalis Nurse Educator provides product training and disease education to ensure that the patient feels confident about starting her medication.
